Love this...but have to stand up for us cat folks....we too share the joy and grief of having shared a part of our life with an animal...had to put down Ti, my sealpoint Siamese a few years ago. He passed purring like a motor boat, as usual, in my lap. Best thing I did was go adopt what looked like his son. It stopped the pain pretty quickly. I still think of her at times when Harvey gives me the same look Ti did.
