Love this from Sapphire Ambassador Lori Wood... If I have ONE chance at getting through to a new ambassador, this is my plea. ----Develop an All-In attitude right off the bat. When things are slow (December), just wait on it to pass. When someone hurts your feelings or criticizes what you do now, let it pass. Dont let something temporary get in your way. It may come in small waves, but let it pass. You RIGHT NOW, have gotten in on something that will be blowing your mind in less than a year. And the only thing that can stop that from happening is if you let the little waves take you under. Bob right back up and keep swimming. If financial freedom for your family is what youre after, youve hit the lotto. So keep swimming. Im going to make a BOLD guess right here and we will check back in a couple years and see if Im right. I guess that those who got on this train now and plugged away, without letting small discouragements take them under, will have the kinds of stories you read about ten years from now. Those making $500/month will be adding additional zeroS to that. Plexus is not a WHALE company, where only a few at the top make the mega-money and the rest struggle to make a car payment worth. Its not like that at all. You can have whatever you dream of, if you just swim.... The products work...the flavor doesnt make you gag. And the compensation plan is a gift from God, in my opinion. Jeddie has studied other companys comps, just for reference now, and theres truly no comparison. Dont be afraid to offer your family and friends these products. Also, dont be discouraged if your family and friends are the last to get on board. youre always 17 in your hometown...so the folks that know you best probably changed your diaper and think youre possibly mistaken. So, move right on to those who dont know you as well....and share with THEM what its done for your family. I had NO idea what I was getting into when I started yacking about the products on Facebook. I didnt even have my AQ on, so I didnt get my first couple or 3 paychecks. I wish someone had told me, Lori, in two years, you will PAY MORE IN TAXES than you used to MAKE. More than twice as much in taxes than you used to make I would have gone about things differently. You will have those that join your team and then let a wave take them under, just dont let that be YOU. Also, when someone thinks they are drowning (i.e., I cant get my cousin to order, I cant get an answer from customer service, etc. I think Ill quit), its human instinct to grab the top of your head and pull your face in too. (Arent you having trouble, too? Lets quit together.) Dont let them sink you in the process. Give it your all. Give your family the chance at financial freedom youve dreamed of! And lastly, and this is almost like cheating Pray daily over your business...over your customers and over your team. Ask God to send people to you who NEED our products and our comp plan. I get more testimonies about THAT than I do about our products, if you can imagine!
