Love this lovely review from a new member who was nervous about entering our gym today: OK, here goes - my 1st impression and experience of Healthy You, after coming to the conclusion last week, I had to do something about my weight, I signed up, I wasnt sure when I was going to visit, Im a bit of an impulsive person so made the decision earlier today just to turn up. I was welcomed by the lovely Sam Harry (always a pleasure to see her if Im honest) and I practically fell through the door. Pleasantly surprised it was a lot bigger than the photos show, had all the equipment needed (and more) and was a light airy space, done a half hour work out (got to start somewhere)! & a half hour chat (during which I somehow agreed to go running - WTF)!!! Upshot is, I felt very comfortable and will be returning, if I can do it, anyone can
