Love to hear what the UK cob owners & breeders think of these 3 boys They are our 3 generations of lads we have in New Zealand Bay is Barnon Reflections 20yrs (Imp Australia) Sire Barnon Beau Gambler x Wingana Heirs & Graces Lighter chestnut is his son El Alpha Replay 10yrs out of Sec A mare Bright red chestnut is Replays son El Alpha Rueben Stein rising 2yrs out of Sec C mare Wingana Spice Girl (Imp Australia) Taken a week ago at a local fun show to kick the show side off 2 chestnuts had their first ever outing & Bay guy it was his last show as going to concentrate on the next generations now as he has nothing left to prove to us & other 2 can help do it for him anyway if they do well. Love this cob family they are just awesome horses with beautiful natures & produce the goods & are all so clever to train & to do things with. Sadly cobs still arent really known in NZ where we are but we will be doing what we can up here for them & getting there. We also have a D as well but breed mainly partbred jumpers with him very successfully Can you tell me if you think they need more condition on them etc please for showing cob wise. Bay guy can be a little lighter than we like him to be as well. We have to compete against the Section As or Bs at most of our shows but Im trying to get more together to get some Sect C & D classes happening. Think this breed is just beautiful & they are very popular the more we get them out & about. Im just gob smacked at the cobs for sale in UK I might just have to come over when you have a cob sale on.
