Love training shoulders/back/lats! Im starting to see a whole lot more definition. My Olympic lifting training has really helped with my overall body strength and now when I hit the gym these days I notice my body being able to endure more weight and more reps bit by bit while still maintaining technique as best I can. Try this workout for yourself at home if you cant get to a gym. Use filled bottles of water or anything around the home for hand weights. I engage my core, squeeze my shoulder blades together on the rise, keep shoulders down, slowly resist weights when lowering arms and do as many reps as possible till failure. Stick with it, keep at it. It doesnt always get easier you just slowly become stronger. These are the moments I thrive on.
