Lovely testomonial from Sophies wedding.... Thank you Sophie and congrats!! I chose Elizabeth Clare because she came recommended from another beautician in Stamford who I knew and trusted. I had visited several make-up artists in the run up to my wedding but my experience with Liz was by far the best. Liz invited me to meet at her house and we had a very professional and thorough consultation. I felt like she listened and really understood the look I wanted. Her portfolio is amazing and I knew I could rely on her. The flawless look she created was incredible - Liz used the airbase makeup which gave such an even finish and it stayed that way all day. I cannot emphasis enough how pleased I am to have used her. Sometimes brides see make-up and hair as an additional and unnecessary cost – trust me ladies, get your face right, those pictures are with you for life and you won’t have any time to reapply! I decided to go the whole hog and have my entire wedding party’s make up done – everyone told my mum she looked twenty years younger and she felt fantastic. My bridesmaids looks super polished, felt special and it’s never a bad thing to have control of your bridesmaids make up!!! Last piece of advice is to trust Liz – I am used to having quite a dark base with heavy liner, Liz used a lighter base which looked luminous and a much better look for your wedding day. Having said this she never tried to sway me one way or another, she really is there to create the look you feel comfortable with. Liz has years and years of experience as a make-up artist, her job is to make people look like the very best version of themselves. You will never achieve that look doing your own make-up. Come on, it’s your wedding day – pamper yourself!
