Lovies, I have been on POINT with my food and exercise. I started logging my food again. I didnt even have a treat meal last week. I havent felt deprived either. Ive been focusing on strengthening my core and my shit feels tight! I get to the gym this morning and go to the bathroom before heading to coach. I come out of the stall and look at the scale and I think ooh, Ill just check it quick. Thankfully I followed that thought up with Girl, check yourself. You feel gooood. You look gooood. You look good naked! Why in the world would you let a number make you feel better or worse about yourself? My shit is on point. I dont need a metal box to tell me that. If I was getting ready for a fight I would be paying attention because you have to make weight. Right now nothing is scheduled. Right now Im doing good. Right now I feel good. Thats what matters. Not that number. After training I put on that new dress I got last week for work and I felt good inside and out all day. Focus on what youre accomplishing and how you feel and less about that number Lovies.
