Lovin Tornados, 4 year old brown/bay mare 15.1, ready to finish out. Lovey or Spaz as shes affectionately known around here is one talented mare, actually shes a freak. My mom bred and raised her and we started her twice on the track but shes too kind to be a racehorse, started her on barrels and wow she has all the moves. Shes has been run on barrels on and off for the last 9 months but has never been hauled consistently. She has clocked from 1d to 3d depending on the run. Shes run indoors and outdoors. She is extremely quick and catty. She loves her job and gets more excited after a run than before, she has a little run in place move thats earned her the name spaz, its completely controllable and actually fun, she is just proud of her run! She is for an experienced rider only though, she can get around a barrel in a hurry. Ties, hauls, good for the blacksmith, up to date of vaccines and coggins and etc.... Her only flaw is she is a thoroughbred...she is out of a son of pulpit (just like California Chrome) and we raced her mom, who is a daughter of basket weave. The only reason she is for sale is that Ive always rode push type horses and she is more of a free runner and its hard for me to sit quiet and keep my hands low, I tend to wanna get up over one and drive drive drive....my husband started her and has run and won on her too. She won the 1D of the Ultimate X open barrel race the first of September with Wayne however he says he is not serious enough about barrel racing anymore to keep her for him....asking $7500. Please dont ask me to sell her for half of that because shes a thoroughbred, if she had AQHA papers she would be $12000 firm, price already reflects that, however I will work with the right person on price if they are the right fit for her.
