Loving My New Stir Fry ! Put two heaping Tablespoons of Coconut Oil in frying pan. Slice and cut in half your Zucchini, slice and cut pieces of little Red Potatoes, slice Carrots. Add small little bunches of Broccoli, and small bits of cut up Celery. Sprinkle Garlic Salt with Parsley generously over the veggies and stir fry, leaving all veggies somewhat crunchy, to maintain the integrity of all the rich enzymes which, is so wonderfully healthy for you. I could eat these every day! I ate them yesterday and today ! WHEN YOU ARE FEELING LIKE MUCOUS IS OVERTAKING YOUR SYSTEM,,,,,,,,,,Try this for a couple of days and bring your Holy Temple back to a more Alkalized state and feel much better ! Tastes so good too !
