Loving the new Insanity:MAX30! Here is a favorite new move from the Cardio Challenge, the squat kick. Start out in the squat starting on the right side, come up from the squat and kick straight out in front of you. ⏰stay on this side and repeat for 30 seconds. switch to the left side and repeat for 30. for the 3rd circuit, alternate right and left legs for 30. ⚠if you need to modify, take out the hop until you have the form down - form is king!
