Low Carb Menu Choices WEEK OF JULY 15th, 2013 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Choices TUSCAN SALMON – ADD $3.00 A wild caught salmon fillet topped with roasted local cherry tomatoes (Green Bee Farms), garlic, and fresh basil. Served over herbed couscous. STUFFED BELL PEPPER - VEGETARIAN Local organic bell pepper (Green Bee Farm – Jacob’s Farm) stuffed with steamed rice and local vegetables available that week. Topped with our house made tomato and red wine sauce. CLASSIC DEVILED EGG SALAD Classic egg salad made with local free range eggs (Green Bee Farms) and served over a bed of organic baby spinach. WEEKLY ADVENTURE Chef’s choice! We pick from the freshest, most interesting ingredients we find this week! How adventurous are you? STICK BOY BREAD CO. FRENCH TOAST and EGGS Locally made bread (daily choice – 1 slice) dredged in our local, free range egg custard and pan fried in organic, unsalted butter. Served with real maple syrup and 2 scrambled local free range eggs (Green Bee Farms). CHEDDAR SCRAMBLE Local free range eggs (3 eggs) from Green Bee Farms scrambled with a touch of heavy cream and natural cheddar cheese. Served with roasted local sweet potatoes. NAKED CHEESEBURGER Local grass fed ground beef burger (Wilkerson Farms) topped with a slice of provolone cheese. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and a local, seasonal vegetable. SALSA SCRAMBLE Local free range eggs (3 eggs) Green Bee Farms scrambled with a touch of heavy cream. Served with a side of fresh salsa and spicy chorizo sausage. WEEK OF JULY 15th, 2013 MENU 2 Thursday and Friday Choices HERB ROASTED CHUTNEY CHICKEN Hormone/antibiotic free chicken topped with our house made dry herb blend and olive oil. Topped with Mrs. Picky Fanicky’s N.C. Chutney. Served with steamed organic basmati rice and local, seasonal vegetable. BLUEBERRY PANCAKES and EGGS Our organic, multigrain pancake (1) infused with local, organic blueberries. Served with real maple syrup and 2 scrambled local free range eggs (Green Bee Farms). RETRO MAC N CHEESE Oh yes, it’s the classic from your childhood – only better! Local Wilkerson Beef hotdogs sliced into our house made, natural macaroni and cheese. CLASSIC SCRAMBLE 3 local free range eggs scrambled and served with a slice of thick cut bacon. CHICKEN WITH LEMON CAPER SAUCE Hormone/antibiotic free chicken, fresh lemon, capers, and lemon basil (Green Bee Farms) tossed with organic pasta. Topped with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
