This stock is the top holding in one of Vanguard’s Value Fund. The fund managers of the fund must have done due diligence on the company and as a result gain much confidence in the company. Board of directors had authorised the company to buy back up to $850 millions of its ordinary shares. Share buyback is an indication that the company’s management thinks that the shares are undervalued.
