Lower Back Ache Issues. My GP understood completely that one - TopicsExpress

Lower Back Ache Issues. My GP understood completely that one does not simply stop running if one has an injury that does not equal dying or legs falling off. Win. What it probably is, is Sacroiliitis, inflammation of the membrane/tissue connecting the spine to the hip bone. Nothing serious, but still a pain in the ass, literally. So he gave me, besides the of course it would be best to take complete rest for a while....but I dont think youll be willing to do that...you runners.... all the same!, a months supply of Naproxen and the advice to seek out a physio for additional help (as long as I dont up my mileage, and I am still allowed to run my HM in N.-Ireland!). So, thats where you come in! Help! Stephen Whiteley, you mentioned someone yesterday that might be able to help? Anyone else who can recommend someone physio-ish/-like who is not too high-end in terms of price per session but still does a decent job for this student?
