Lower Body Challenge - Today were going to do squats. These are great for your glutes! You can do this with or without weights. Stand with your feet about hip distance apart. Keep your chest up and tighten your core as you lower down, like youre sitting. Put pressure in the heels of your feet as you come up, but dont lock your knees at the top. Thats one rep. Can you do 2 or 3 sets of 10-12 reps? Let me know how you did in the comments below. ** As with any exercise, listen to your body. If you feel pain or discomfort, modify or stop. Dont injure yourself!
