Loyalty. Well Dalton, you could start by showing some loyalty to the people who have worked Thier arses off over the years to put Morrisons on the map. I have had twelve years of listening to When we get this one up and running ,we will look after you. Im still waiting( as Diana Ross would say). Instead ,we are seeing more and more staff cuts. Every store I deliver to I hear more and more complaints about not having enough staff to run the store efficiently. Everyone is doing the work of 2/3 people and cannot see it changing. No stock on shelves. No one to unload delivery vehicles. Long queues at checkouts. Morale at an all time low. Try showing these people some of your Loyalty before they ALL quit and leave you with only your cheap agency labour.
