A lot of leaders want ppl who are loyal and committed to the building up of their vision. Yet they fail to reach out to those who have the mentality to be loyal with all of their being. Even worse, because of the spirit of self-will and competition (all of which is pride), they resort to attracting members from other ministries (lack of integrity and character). If you really want loyal ppl. Reach out to those on the streets. There is a level of loyalty and commitment learned out there that has pushed myself and many others to put our lives on the line, even die if it came down to it. The same level of loyalty, commitment, and passion I had then, is the same I use now, but for a greater cause. To be honest, it has grown to an even greater height than I can explain. In Romans 12:6-7, Paul stated though we have gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7.Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching... A number of years ago, as a teenager, the LORD began to reveal to me the ministry He has appointed me. In doing so, the very ppl I lived a life with that put my life in danger, are the very ones He will send me to (Acts 26:16-18). Why would I not do the same for the Great God Yehovah.
