Lt zingran kengoo, a phd scholar from TISS ,age-33 male was found brutally murdered at his residence,slit throat and his head almost beheaded. A knife was also recovered from his room while his belongings were left untouched. His owners brother found him laying dead in his room with pool of blood and was informed to kotla police station at around 9.30 pm without no information given to their relatives. Their relatives received the news around 12.53 am. Informed local police for immediate proper action. There will be a condolence service of Lt Dr kashung zingran kengoo, age-34 of hoomi village who was brutally murdered at his residence yesterday.
