Lucas Oil update: We now know exactly what were in for now. - TopicsExpress

Lucas Oil update: We now know exactly what were in for now. I can honestly say- MUCH, MUCH better conditions than IMS. Its a positive- please consider helping RCP out. a. We were told we needed 10 workers- this was incorrect information. We actually need 13- 6 with a voluntary beer permit. b. I am choosing to keep the booth they started us in because it is a deli booth meaning other than hot dogs, there is NO cooking to do. Its all pre-made deli stuff thats brought to us which was, obviously, WAY easier to include cleanup. c. We were on our way home by 5:30ish, but as a group- in true RCP fashion- weve already come up with plans to work smarter, not harder and feel we can easily shave MUCH time off the checkin and checkout process now to include how to secure free parking and most of us not having to do much outside walking. My goal is to shave off 1/2 hour or more this Sunday and only getting better/better as we go. Well get it down to a fine science, trust me. d. The Lucas Oil stand manager, Heidi, used to work the same fundraising events and now has transitioned to a full-time job for Lucas Oil. To say she loved us would be understated. She was thrilled with our ethic- so RCP was well represented and making $$s. In fact, she encouraged us to keep this particular booth which I am opting to do. GOOD JOB TO SUNDAYS WORKERS. e. This week I have Bonnie (beer permitted), Shelli (beer permitted), Terri (beer permitted), Kim (beer permitted), I need 2 more beer permits. I also have: Wade, Amanda, Salina, Monique, Michael, and Mark Wesner. I believe Andrew Christmas was interested in working with us as well. If YOU can work for me- Ill figure out the beer permits. Requirements: I must know by tomorrow, your attire is to be: black dress pants and a solid black or white shirt and tennis shoes, and meet me in the RCP back parking lot by 7:20 a.m. to ensure that were rolling by 7:30. f. You will be afforded carpooling with free parking, a Centerplate meal ticket that ensures you a main item, side item, and regular size soda. And free sodas to be drank outside of our stand. Contact me with your interest for some trainings that need to happen. Thanks for your support in this fundraising endeavor. :)
