Luciano is still deciding which dishes deserve to be on this weekends Chefs Menu, although he did share that Pollo alla Cacciatora will be the entree. Diced Chicken sautéed in White Wine, with Black, and Kalamata Olives, fresh Diced Tomatoes, Organic Sage and Rosemary, in light Tomato Sauce.
