Lucky ate about 9 ccs for formula mixed with baby food. He is urinating on his own but the urine is pure blood at this point. I have had this before in others and they were able to survive. Obviously though there was a lot of trauma for this guy. He is active and eating/drinking. When I picked him up again I noticed he had a lot of red staining on his belly. I cleaned him up/fed him and then got him to urinate and what came out was bright red. He feels in fairly good shape overall so hopefully the bleeding will stop and he will heal. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers please. Iolani had a mild seizure but ate better than she has in days. She also drank a lot of water and nibbled at a pine nut or two. She is back to moving around her container more again. She seems to take one step forward/two steps back many times, but she is sure a fighter. Vince just said he didnt like me waking him up to offer him water. He was asleep and I wanted to offer him water in his container. He poked his head up and chattered about it. He didnt try to bite me but also said he didnt want any water, he wanted to go back to sleep. Everyone else is doing well. It has been a very long day and I have driven many miles between home/the farm/airport, etc. Think it might be time for some sleep.
