Lucy the beagle is hypothyroidism and has not felt good since she - TopicsExpress

Lucy the beagle is hypothyroidism and has not felt good since she got to her new home. She has been to the vet once already with them and is going back tomorrow because shes lethargic. They live a very busy lifestyle and Lucy just isnt feeling well and is more than they can handle. They have been very patient with her and they have tried many many things with her and have gone above and beyond what we couldve ever asked of them. We are not mad at them and we ask that you please refrain from any ill will feelings towards them. Lucy has done nothing wrong and they are very well aware of that and their heart hurts for her and that is why I have personally been in constant contact with them regarding her status and they feel that somewhere else she will get what she needs whatever that may be. She will stay with us temporarily but cannot stay long term and we are going to try to possibly raise funds to do laser therapy on her back to see if that relieves some of her discomfort and makes her feel a little bit more happy. We will also monitor her hypothyroidism as needed. Yes we including the family shes with now feels sad that it ended this way but sometimes some things just arent meant to be. Trigger the male has fit right in since day one as if hes lived there his whole life. Lucy has really done nothing more than just lay around. Every picture Ive seen of her you can just see sadness in her face. We have somehow got to get to whats ailing her and making her so sad and uncomfortable. I personally including the family do not feel that her and Triggers separation at this time will be an issue. And we hope that does not change. I have extra time to spend with her right now so trust me she will get lots of love and cuddles and just overall TLC while shes here with me and Jerry. I guess thats it...
