Luke 17:11-19 The Grateful Leper 11 And it came to pass, as He [Jesus, God The Son our Lord and Savior] went to Jerusalem, that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12 And as He entered into a certain village, there met Him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: 13 And they lifted up their voices [a choice they made], and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. 14 And when He [Jesus, God The Son our Lord and Savior] saw them, HE SAID UNTO THEM, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. 15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back [a choice he made], AND WITH A LOUD VOICE GLORIFIED GOD, 16 AND FELL DOWN ON HIS FACE AT HIS [Jesus] FEET, GIVING HIM THANKS [a choice he made]: and he was a Samaritan [not a full blooded Jew for his parents were Jew and Gentile]. 17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? 18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger [the Samaritan]. 19 And He said unto him, Arise, go thy way: THY FAITH HATH MADE THEE WHOLE. GODS WORD FOR OUR FAITH! 2 Corinthians 5:21 For He [God The Father] hath made Him [God The Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior] to be sin for us, Who knew no sin; THAT WE MIGHT BE MADE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM. Ephesians 2:19 Now therefore ye [believers in The Gospel of Grace; faith, trust, believe, in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of all sins which gives us salvation] ARE NO MORE STRANGERS AND FOREIGNERS, BUT FELLOWCITIZENS with the saints, and of the household of God; Ephesians 2:8 For BY GRACE ARE YE SAVED [saved from The Tribulation, Hell, and The Lake of Fire] THROUGH FAITH; and that NOT of yourselves: it is THE GIFT of God: Romans 11:6 Amplified Bible (AMP) BUT IF IT IS BY GRACE (His [Gods] unmerited favor and graciousness), IT IS NO LONGER CONDITIONED ON WORKS OR ANYTHING MEN HAVE DONE. OTHERWISE, GRACE WOULD NO LONGER BE GRACE [it would be meaningless]. Hebrews 11:1 NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. FAITH IS TRUSTING, BELIEVING, TAKING ALMIGHTY GOD, JESUS CHRIST, AT HIS WORD. NOTHING ADDED, NOTHING TAKEN AWAY. PLUS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE AND NO OTHER WAY. Romans 10:17 So then FAITH COMETH BY HEARING, and HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD [The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4]. The Gospel of our salvation, The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 1 Moreover, brethren, I [Paul] declare unto you THE GOSPEL [The Gospel of Grace] which I [Paul] preached unto you, which also ye have received [believed], and wherein ye stand [trust which is to have FAITH]; 2 By which also YE ARE SAVED [saved from The Tribulation, Hell, and The Lake of Fire], IF [conditional by choice of Faith] YE KEEP IN MEMORY [Believe, Trust which is to have Faith] what I [Paul] preached unto you, UNLESS ye have believed in vain [having no meaning or likelihood of fulfillment]. 3 [This is The Gospel of Grace] For I [Paul] delivered unto you first of all that which I received [Pauls own Faith in The Gospel of Grace, which Paul received from Jesus Christ], HOW THAT CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS [for the forgiveness of all sins: past, present, future] according to the scriptures, [the prophesies in the Old Testament concerning the resurrection of Jesus Christ]; 4 And that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Ephesians 1:7 In Whom [Jesus Christ] we have redemption through His blood, THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS [which gives us our salvation], according to the riches of His grace; Romans 10:9 That IF [a choice] thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus [confessing Jesus Christ Lord having power and authority over us, Gods will, therefore our Lord], AND SHALT BELIEVE [a choice to trust, have faith] in thine heart that God [God The Father and God The Holy Spirit] hath raised Him [Jesus Christ, God The Son] from the dead [The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF ALL SINS, past, present, future], THOU SHALT BE SAVED [Salvation from Hell, The Tribulation, and The Lake of Fire]. John 3:16-18 16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH [a choice to trust, have faith] IN HIM [Jesus Christ] should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; BUT THAT THE WORLD THROUGH HIM [Jesus Christ] MIGHT BE SAVED. 18 HE THAT BELIEVETH [trust, have faith] ON HIM [Jesus Christ] IS NOT CONDEMNED: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 14:6 JESUS SAITH UNTO HIM, I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE: NO MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER, BUT BY ME. Therefore, Colossians 3:23-24 23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, AS TO THE LORD, and not unto men; 24 KNOWING THAT OF THE LORD YE SHALL RECEIVE THE REWARD OF THE INHERITANCE: FOR YE SERVE THE LORD CHRIST. Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Revelation 7:12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 11:6 But WITHOUT FAITH [to trust, to believe] it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God MUST BELIEVE [Trust which is to have Faith] THAT HE IS, AND THAT HE IS A REWARDER OF THEM THAT DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM. Ephesians 2:8 For BY GRACE ARE YE SAVED [saved from The Tribulation, Hell, and The Lake of Fire] THROUGH FAITH; and that NOT of yourselves: it is THE GIFT of God: A CHOICE THAT ONLY YOU CAN MAKE AND NO ONE ELSE!
