Luke 2:52 Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. Its a friday once again friends, and today i want us to learn from Jesus, and how he grew up. The bible in Luke 2:52 highlights the four areas in which Jesus grew in. It says he grew in -- wisdom, stature, favor with men, and favor with God. This morning my prayer and encouragement is that we will grow in these areas as children of God. - God wants you to grow in wisdom. Meaning he wants you to advance intellectually or mentally. Wisdom is the power of judging rightly and following the soundest course of action, based on knowledge, experience, understanding. Wisdoms importance is emphasized by Solomon in Proverbs 3:13-26. - God wants you to grow in stature. That simply means to develop your body as a vessel of service unto God (Rom. 12:1; 6:12-13) and a temple of God (1 Cor. 6:18-20). - God wants you to grow in favor with man. May declare to you that men will be good to you today in jesus name! May i announce to you that rather than being tolerated, you will be celebrated in jesus mighty name. Receive favor now, to walk with men of influence and affluence in jesus name. - God wants you to grown in favour with him.This is the spiritual development that ought to characterize every child of God. This morning i pray that your love for God may increase. I pray that you become a God lover. The way to obtaining favor from the King of kings and the Lord of lords is to give him the best gift in your possession which is your life.
