Luke 8:17 NIV For there is nothing hidden that will not be - TopicsExpress

Luke 8:17 NIV For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. I have had the Lord speak this scripture to me at a time of great distress. It brought to me the assurance, peace and comfort I needed to know that He sees the injustice and that He stands beside me. It was illuminated once again to me today. Only this time the light shone in my direction. Not that I had walked in unrighteousness, but that, too many times I have allowed fear, pain and doubt to be hidden within. The false notion that even in emotions such as these, real or imagined, I cannot hide. When the Lord sends a beacon of light, or a champion of justice, one who stands in the gap for the wounded and broken, do not let the pain and fear from those wounds cause you to shrink back. That beacon, that champion, that warrior of justice is also just as frail and human as you are. With pain and rejection slamming the door, all too often, in their face. The difference in some(myself) and that warrior is, the fire and fierceness that the Lord has ingnited within them will not be quenched. They will not stop. Through tears and heartbreak they will get back up and do it again, and again. Billie, you are my beacon, my champion, the one who as stood, and continues to stand, in the gap for me. Seeking only to see freedom from the chains and weights this life often burdens us down with, so that, if not for that beacon, if not for the cry, the voice of such a woman with the heart of Jesus, the broken spirit may never be healed. I know its not by your strength, but through the strength the Lord gives to carry out His mandate, His assignment to set the captives free. For when we are weak, He is made strong. I can say thank you, knowing that is never enough.......but this I do know.....The Lion of Judah has a faithful, powerful, and beautiful lioness with whom He will reward with great reward and say to you, Well done, my good and faithful servant.
