Luke Bryan Concert Patrons Advisory On Saturday, October 4, 2014, the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office will be providing traffic control and event security for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour to be held at the Whitehurst Cattle Company, 9817 SW CR 346, Archer, FL. Residents and visitors should expect a high volume of traffic in the area of SR 121 (SW Williston Road), SW County Road 346 and SW County Road 346-A during this event. Please plan accordingly. The parking area on site will open to vehicles beginning at 2:00 PM. You must have a concert ticket to enter the parking area. There will be no roadside parking permitted. Vehicles parked along the side of SW County Road 346 and/or SW County Road 346-A will be ticketed and towed. The following restrictions and guidelines are provided to ensure everyone is afforded the opportunity for a safe and enjoyable event. Tailgating Tailgating is permitted in the parking areas within your parking spot (in front or behind your vehicle) or in any open grass area which is not designated as a fire lane. Please take special care to not block other parking spots, the road and/or walkways. • Music must be confined to your tailgate area. • Pop-up Tents and/or Canopies measuring 10’ x 12’ (120 ft2) or less will be permitted in the parking area only. • No small motorized vehicles will be allowed on the property (ATVs, Golf Carts, Scooters, etc.). • No glass containers are allowed on the property. • No grill or any other cooking device which utilize an open flame will be permitted. • Coolers and ice chests will be permitted in the parking area, but are restricted from entering the concert area.
