Luke gets infrequent headaches. Hell get one, then he wont have one for months. These headaches usually send him to bed for hours to sleep it off. Weve tried tylenol and ibuprofen. He actually threw tylenol up once because his head hurt so bad. Tonight he started complaining of a headache. My initial response is Ill go get the ibuprofen and a cool damp rag and we can put it on his forehead since its so close to bedtime he was getting ready to head there anyway. I stopped myself and grabbed my PanAway and Peppermint. I put them on him and sent him to go lay down. Went back in 5 minutes later and his headache was basically gone. Ive seen this boy cry, puke, and just sleep when he gets these migraines. TALK ABOUT A VICTORY!!! #EssentialOilsRock
