Lunar Eclipse over Toronto Knowing the lunar eclipse was going to happen had me going crazy. Checking the weather forecasts days before and every couple hours the day of made me know I had to drive to capture this. The day of the eclipse my car decided to break down and that left me stressed out. I got out of the tow truck and called my parents to see if I could borrow their car and luckily my parents are amazing! My mom decided to take the day off work so I could use her car to head down to the city. I was running on no sleep, waiting and waiting for this eclipse to happen. I watched as the earths shadow slowly covered the moon and I snapped away with my camera. For this composite image I made a 7 exposure HDR for the city and layered the moon with it in photoshop. I am extremely happy to have watch and capture this wonderful eclipse as it was low in the sky! There will be two more lunar eclipses next year as well so let hope for clear skies then too! :D Thanks for viewing and feel free to share.
