Lunch? Chicken quesadilla..408 cals..1 Hungry Girl 100cal multigrain flatout spread 1/2 weight watchers jalapeno cheese wedge on 1/2 of flatout. Top that with 2oz shredded cooked chicken, 1 weight watchers colby jack snack stick (chopped), 1/8c shredded fat free cheddar, 1T taco sauce drizzled over. Fold in 1/2 & place on grill (I use a George Foreman to do both sides at once). Grill till both sides have good grill marks & is toasty! Slice into wedges & serve with 1T sour cream for dipping! Yummy! Now..what to have for dinner?!
