Lunch Is Served! Enjoy your very own easy to make Big Eds Chicken Club (no tomatoes) Lettuce Wrap. All for under 400 calories... Very easy and tastey. Bake sufficent whole chicken breast for you to use the rest of the week and cook bacon for the entire week. I bake at least 5 large whole chicken breast on Sunday and cook a pound of bacon and store them for use in various low carb high protien lunch and dinners. Sunday while watching the Steelers beat the Begals we used one for dinner consisting of a breast, steamed veggies, and brown gravy. Monday we used the second breast to make these Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps. I used romain lettuce leaves, cheeder cheese, olives, mayo, chicken breast, and BACON!!! So thats two breast down and three to go. And dont forget there is BACON!!! What to do what to do??? Staying focused on Big Ed The Body Inside. Big Ed out.
