Lunch was interesting today: We pulled into the only space at Sonic and ordered chicken sandwiches. A skinny cat was hiding in bushes right in front of our car...I tried to lure her out with pieces of my chicken sandwich which she inhaled as she was so hungry but she was skiddish and refused to get close enough for me to catch so I fed her all my sandwich to get her by with plan to let local cat organization know of her location and maybe they could help her. We left there and Sam nicely then pulled through McDonalds drive thru as he said he was going to get me a cheeseburger as I didnt get to eat yet. As we were pulling out with my sack with cheeseburger in hand we came upon a homeless young man in alley with sign saying anything will help. He was obviously homeless and on street as he was scruffy and clothes unkept. I rolled down my window and held out the small sack and said how about a cheeseburger?. He took it thanking me....We drove off without my second sandwich and Sam laughed and said want to try getting a burger at jack-n-the box????.... :)
