Lunch yesterday: Goat cheese and tomato tartlette w/Pistou basil and Balsamic vinegar Roasted zucchini w/lemon thyme soup and Mediterranean cheese muffin Warm roast beef with basil pesto and provolone on croissant, served with lemon potatoes and mixed green salad with watermelon, feta cheese, almonds, & Champagne vinaigrette Cherries, blueberries, and strawberries with pistachio whipped cream and flaky pastry. Lunch today: Peanut butter roll-up, Cool Ranch Doritos.
