Lunging Front & Back: If you have good knees try this lunge. It burns the butt big time!! Love it! Beginners do not use weight-more advanced hold 8-12 lb dumbbells and men hold 15 lbs. and up. Go 10-15 reps each leg. Do the whole set on one leg before switching to other leg.Do throw your back or uppper body into moving the leg you will not get the full benefit of the exercise on the legs if you do so.Breathe
