Lutz Von Peter, Regulatory Manager EMEA, led a busy roundtable and CPD event in Cyprus earlier this month. Members and key stakeholders gathered to hear more about market situation, risks in the profession, regulatory issues, dispute resolution, ethics applied to daily situations and Valuer Registration (VR). Petros Stylianou MRICS, chairman of RICS in Cyprus, said: We greatly appreciated Lutz’s visit to Cyprus and his presentation. For the first time we had the opportunity to explain in detail the benefits of such schemes as VR and Regulated by RICS to our members and the market in general.
