M Section Parking Permit Effective May 1 The “M” Section Permitted Parking Area begins May 1, 2014. The included streets include Maurice Ave between Mercedes Way & Michael Way and all of Maximillian Place. Permitted parking is in effect Monday – Friday 6am-10pm. Residents personal vehicles and their guests will need a valid permit parking placard displayed in their vehicle or a disabled placard to be parked on the street. Short term repair vehicles (ie landscapers, roofing companies, emergency vehicles, etc) don’t need one. You will notice several red and white signs indicating the permit parking area only. All of the M section residents where sent a letter by the City. The Muni-code for this permit area is: City Ordinance (818) 10.50 RPMC.
