Looking as fit as ever and the hunger to help the club move towards success. He began intense training in July and did all the hard work to set him up for a big year. Unfortunately his troublesome knee gave him grief and was sidelined for the first 4 rounds. That is what makes Brad’s season all the more incredible. As soon as he got on the park he looked in complete control and the stats don’t lie. He amassed 379 runs including 3 half-centuries with his best a breath taking 94. Not only did he score the most runs in the senior club he finished fourth in runs in the MCA that is with him missing the first four games. Throughout the year Brad showed how diverse of a player he is. The ability to play conservatively and sensibly was a side to him that we saw on occasion but what we all know and love about Brad is when he flicks the switch. He is an exuberant fielder who takes every chance and possess an incredible depth of knowledge in both tactics and statistics. Having a player of Brad’s calibre playing for Maccabi in a finals series leaves us all with our hopes set high.
