MADINAH FOOD PANTRY AND FAMILY SERVICES Sponsorship Program Insha’Allah, please consider helping and supporting the Madinah Food Pantry which is one of the few Muslim operated food pantries in the Metro-Atlanta and Northeast Georgia area specifically designed to meet the needs of Muslim families. The Madinah Food Pantry distributes food, clothing and household items to families in need of assistance throughout the Metro-Atlanta and Northeast Georgia area and to any Muslims traveling through the area in need of food. In the Northeast Georgia and metro Atlanta area many Muslims are students who are on limited incomes, large families with limited or no income, elderly or single parent families struggling to make ends meet each month. Madinah Food Pantry also offers monthly health education seminars for Muslims covering such topics as diet, nutrition, preventive health care, herbs and their medicinal qualities, first aid and safety, acupuncture, etc…. Insha’Allah, we are asking different individuals and Muslim communities throughout the Metro-Atlanta area to sponsor Madinah Food Pantry on a monthly or yearly basis to help us continue to feed families who are in need through our local food pantry and mobile food pantry. Alhamdullilah, we deliver food, clothing and household items to families within a 75 mile radius of our local food pantry to many families because they lack transportation, funds to travel or suffer from poor health conditions. Monthly donations of $25.00-$50.00 would assist us in purchasing much needed food and personal care products, or yearly donations of $500.00-$1000.00 to purchase bulk food supplies (rice, flour, sugar, cooking oil, canned milk, juices and condiments) that are often depleted quickly and much in demand as well as help to support our mobile food pantry.
