MAGIC MOMENTS ! After reading a comment from Ewa Plawinski on my status about my weight ...it dawned on me ! AWARENESS! I carry weight and hold on to it for a specific purpose ! (Or have had in the past) .....If I am unattractive, I dont attract, which means I dont fall in love, which means there is no chance of getting hurt. BULLSHIT! ...Life can be painful, thats a fact ! Plain and simple ! Thin or fat , black or white , regardless of how much we try to avoid pain ....we dont have control. I have been hurt , like everyone else...many times....and I have been surrounding myself with protection for most of my life in avoidance of pain and under the illusion of control. The truth is .....that now is an outmoded dogma ! I have grown , I have learned, that I actually DO have the power to save myself from being hurt by making decisions that honour me . I always used to say I dont trust anyone. That was the biggest lie I have ever told myself. The truth is I didnt trust myself to keep myself safe. Its time now to let go of the farce and the untruth. I no longer need weight to protect me. I trust myself , and spirit and the Universe. I am now in a situation where I have learned that I am safe no matter what. The only time I have ever been hurt is when I have placed my safety in someone elses hands , when it should always remain in mine ! I have the accelerator , the brake and the steering under my control in my life. I am healed. Its time to evaluate where I am now ! And act accordingly by letting go of my need to feel safe. When its been proven again and again in my life that I AM, in fact, SAFE! I let go of the protective layers I have held around me, I ask that the Universe works with me in removing them . I am NOT afraid anymore of attracting attention to myself ...through beauty or otherwise. Omg ! Look out world when my outside matches my inside ! Lmao ! ....LOVE kel xxx
