MAHINS BRIDAL SALON LLC IS HIRING.. Mahins Bridal Salon looking for a part time sales consultant for our Bridal and Prom Department. The sales consultant works closely with 1-3 customers, helping her try on dresses and find the perfect dress for her personal taste, body type, and budget. Mahin’s bridal will love a candidate that is: : • Outgoing and confident. • Have an eye for fashion. • Think creatively to find the best fit for a customer. • A good listener who can ask the right questions. • Can work both independently and as a team. • Enjoy meeting people and building relationships with people. • Be able to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. • Be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items. Job responsibilities: • Ask the right questions to find out what each customer’s personal taste, body type, and budget are. • Provide an amazing, personalized shopping experience to each and every customer. • Meet or exceed service and sales objectives set forth by store management. • Inspire customers to buy, celebrate the purchase, and create a lasting positive impression of you, Mahins Bridal and the purchase. • Maintain selling floor presentations and fitting room area. • Work closely with Sales Support and Management team to ensure the smooth operation of the fitting room area. • Assist with fashion shows. For consideration you will need: • Some retail sales experience (preferred but not required) • Sewing skills helps but not required. • To be at least 17 years of age. • To be available to work nearly every Saturday and some Sundays from January – May and some occasional weeknight evenings.
