MAINTENANCE MANAGER Cohuna District Hospital is seeking an outstanding Maintenance Manager for its facilities. Idealy the successful candidate will have a trades background and be recognised as an all-rounder. Your skills will include an understanding of grounds and landscaping, air-conditioning systems, basic plumbing, essential services and general building repairs and mainenance. You are a flexible person with a great ability to relate to people at all levels, strong contractor management and an abilitiy to manage your time across a wide range of competing prorities. Previous facility maintenance experience would be and an advantage.
