MAINTENANCE WORKER NEEDED (BROOKLYN) Management office seeking Maintenance Worker to keeps the Properties in clean, orderly, safe condition while performing additional duties, and garbage removal. Duties will also include performing routine maintenance, notifying management of repairs, and cleaning snow and debris from sidewalks. Responsibilities: - Maintain assigned properties clean on daily basis. - Placing rubbish/recycling for removal by sanitation on assigned days - Completing assigned repairs for tenants, such as plumbing, wall repair, carpentry, and painting, air conditioning and electrical - Make adjustments and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems - Ensure that all hazardous conditions are repaired on a timely basis - Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: - Must be authorized to work in the US - Must have a minimum of 2 year maintenance experience in residential or commercial buildings. - Must have tools & transportation. - Must have a clean criminal record This is a Full-time position.
