The Design-Build Institute of America Southwest Region is hosting its next luncheon for the Albuquerque chapter on Thursday, February 20, from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Jaynes Corporations Learning Center, located at 2906 Broadway N.E. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The luncheon will be focused on, Design-Build Procurement: Understanding the Basics, and will feature Architect and DBIA-Southwest Region Board member, Janet Lacy, AIA, DBIA, who will discuss the reasons an owner would consider design-build project delivery and the advantages that can be realized in budget and schedule constraints.
