MAKE THE MOST OF LIFE Many are on an endless quest for satisfaction and that quest will continue to the grave until they realize their need for God. Until we experience God, there will be dissatisfaction in our lives. Satisfaction in life is not about having money, children or other material possessions; we have to experience God. Life is too short to waste our time on things that have no lasting significance. Our focus should not be on seeking worldly things that will fade but treasures in Heaven which guarantee permanent security. If you don’t have anything in this world but you have peace of heart, that peace of heart will give you everything you need. After you have achieved the position of authority, power and wealth and you have all, it is so painful without peace of heart, without knowing God. Remember, we came from the unseen world and after our assignment on this earth is completed, we shall return to the unseen world. Therefore, make the most of life by living to please your Creator. Your death is coming someday and you have never been told when that day will be. If today was your last day, would you be ready to depart? Let this question prompt you to live faithfully for Jesus Christ today, doing your best and leaving the rest to Him. PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace to live each moment as if it was my last, in Your strength and not in mine, in Jesus name.
