MALAGA WEATHER UPDATE Wednesday 28th May 2014: Good morning fine folks of the Local Fire & Weather Watch.......Those of you who went with my prediction for today backed a winner and that Occluded Front thingy we spoke of a couple of days ago has now broke up completely and disappeared into thin air as I said it would (see latest Graphic for today Midday.....what a change!!!)........So, lets pick up the pieces and sort out whats happening now!!!........It would have been better if the front had remained at least partially intact. That would have given us a band of cloud to contend with but oh no, nothing that simple today; instead of a nice band of cloud and somewhat ease of predictability we have a fragmented cloud pattern and therefore some areas will succumb to being greyish at times whilst others will bask in reasonable sunshine. My money is on the usual weather patterns forming so towards the East of the coastal range and up inland high ground areas you could see reasonable cloud levels at some point today!!!.....Even this morning!!.......The bulk of the remainder of the coast should just see merely light cloud with mainly sunshine!!!.........There may be that usual cloud cover in the afternoon due to the heat still rising, and if that does occur, then showers are likely as the humidity is to increase with that heat!!!........And, with the heat rising that risk of unpredictable mist or condense cloud close to the sea is feasible later in the week!!!.......As for winds; if you have wind go see a doctor. If its weather related wind, welcome to Malaga Province!!!........Tomorrow we are looking at a good day of sunshine and yes, possibly more flatulance!!!.....and Fridays looking good too!!!.......But (its a small but at the mo!!!), I am keeping my eyes on some weather building that may impact on us at the weekend!!!.....Heavy storms to be precise and particularly Sunday!!!.........However, of late anything forecast longer range than a few days has disintegrated before it got here so at this time ignore me!!!.......So I leave you folks with a hopefully not required reminder to watch for those fires and if you see someone brandishing a permit to have a burn, do invite them to meet you for a guided tour of Beachy Head advising them that they will get a very close up view of a light house as well!!!......(some Southerners may just get that but if you dont Google images of Beachy Head and its Lighthouse!!!)........Jim Fraser for the Local Fire & Weather Watch Network most definitely not inciting violence!!! :)
