MAN AT RISK MY SCREENPLAY~ Synopsis: A multi- billionaire exec finished talking with the Devil and was turned down a deal to improve his horrible failing heart. The Devil says, Ive made you rich beyond your dreams. I only make one deal for each deperate soul. Mike Clancy says, Ive had four open heart surguries and Im only 44 years old, please see this my way. The Devil laughed at this humble person. Mike felt the humility. The next day, Roger walked home from his fathers printing shop. Being a starving writer he wanted so much to sell his books, yet his father didnt pay much for him to survive as a writer. He had many hours in an agreement with his father to help him publish his book. Roger felt the anxiety of making it big, he thought of making a deal with the Devil to get his life long career started. Exiting the subway, Roger saw a elaborate limousine pass in front of him. Mike Clancy exited from the rear door. They glanced at each other and shared a thought. Was it weird or what? Both men conjured an idea when they looked into the desperation. Out of nowhere, Roger extended his hand and introduced himself. My name is Roger Dudlay. Ive been admiring your coach. Mike smiled and shook the tiny hand of Roger. What do you do, Roger? Roger responded immediately and said, Im a starving writer. I work for my dad who publishes odd writing works. Mike glanced quickly over Rogers clothes. Would you like to make creative literature, your career? Roger sparked up with honest enthusiasm and replied, When can we start? Mike handed a card and said, When youre ready. The next morning everything went like a blur for Roger. Mike explained his heart condition to him and explained to Roger that he wanted to find someone to sell their heart. Roger was extremely nervous, yet he still needed time. Time to think. Was this the devils work? Perhaps, but he didnt care. He wanted in. When he came around from his daze, sitting inside a coffee restaurant. By himself, he started to realize that this can go perfectly. Now, he just had to sell his heart to Mr. Clancy. DMCjr.
