MAN KNOW THY SELF: Politics is not a do or die game. The essence of politics and political party is to shape and direct good governance through manifesto, ideologies and policies. But Rivers/S politics is now an arena for a life long enemity. Lately, there has been various shot-out and violent clashes in different areas, communities and LGA in the state i.e. Amadi-Ama,Diobu, Ogbakiri, Elibrada in Emolga Ahoada, Ogba,Egbema,Ndoni and the entire Orashi region etc. Resulting from politics and political struggle. It is by providence that the state is not engulfed in serious political crisis and communual war, considering all that transpired in the state. i.e. H/Assembly crisis, attack on M.O. Chinda, attack on the Governors convey at the airport and various political attacks and propaganda. It is by the grace of God that nobody lost his or her life in this struggle today. Accordingly, those who wish to trivilise these issue and course more problem in the name of etnicity should desist from it,as the people of the state has risen from their slumber and come to selfrealization, and must not die. The overall security of lifes and property should be a matter of concern to all irrespective of the political divide, government in power or opposition. We should not allow the menace to degenerate to a level where we will begin to harvest corpses of our friends and relative in the political farm of animosity. In politics there is no permenant enemy no permenant friend but interest Stop the blame game,greed,calumny,selfishnes , propaganda, falsehood and pray for our leaders, oneness, and development of our golden state.
