His love of people seems boundless as his tail wags and wags in delight when people notice him with a smile. Off leash in the backyard, he dances about with a merry air, enjoying the wonderfully cool summer day. Tap on the bench and he sits close, content to enjoy life with his new found friend. At the park he proves a fine walker, minding his manners as we pass other dogs, both big and small. He closely assesses every passer-by as if searching for something familiar, an endearing effort expressing loyalty and hope! Given Cucumbers slender appearance and slightly soiled coat, his recent life might not have been the best. But it looks like someone spent some quality time with him as he sits nicely when offered a treat and exudes a tremendous amount of priceless happiness with his new friend.
