MARATHON FIRST RESPONDERS / EMS ALPHA 20: 6000 Blk of Cyclone Rd. 38 y/o F that is bi polar, and apparently has been outside most of the night. She is also hallucinating. She takes meds for her bi polar, but her meds were recently switched recently. Usually they can talk he down. She is walking S. bound, and it sounds like she is by the woods. Her dad is following her. She has brown hair in a pony tail. She is just S. of the address. Father is now following her in the woods. Alpha 20 is speaking to the mom, and she states their daughter is on Klam Rd. now. Also if she see EMS she will run. F is with her dad. They are afraid if she sees police or EMS that she will bolt. Dad is following the F in a blue pickup, and that is all they know. Police thought central was talking to the dad on the phone, but they havent been. Central looked up the fafs number but they cant call him due to the fact that he left his phone at the house. Police was going to wait but then went to the dad and F location. Police found the truck and could see the F walking N. bound in the 6300 Blk of Klam Rd. Then central wasnt able to make contact with any of the responding units. Other police units started heading that way.Then police on scene stated the dad was taking the F to one of her GFs, and that she had a psychologist appointment tomorrow. All medical responders, EMS, and police were cancelled. #OtterLake
