The Reception will feature Francis Ford Coppolas daughters Sofia Rosé followed by two wines from the Votre Santé series including Votre Santé Chardonnay with the First Course and Votre Santé Chateau Red with the Second Course. The Final Course will feature Directors Cabernet Sauvignon which Coppola introduced by saying, Winemaking and filmmaking are two great art forms, to which Chef Oakley adds, Cooking, winemaking and filmmaking are three great art forms!
