You will learn and deepen your understanding of anatomic terms and actions with particular emphasis on the principles of True North Alignment we use in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. The workshop will conclude with an essential Power Practice (co-taught by Bethany Lyons & Michael Schweppe) to put your new knowledge into ACTION! Mat rental and towels included in price of workshop. About Michael: Michael W. Schweppe, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher. Dr. Schweppe is the Chief of Orthopedics at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY, teaches at Satya Yoga Center in Rhinebeck and has assisted Baptiste Institute programs.
