MARKET STATS!! The equity listings are continuing to go up! *Last week there were 5,489 SFR homes available in Las Vegas!!! Of those 313 are bank owned, 601 are short sales and 4,575 were equity sales!! *P/C status: 62 were bank owned, 346 were short sales and 727 were equity sales. *Sold! 819 homes closed last week; 57 were bank owned, 201 were short sales and 561 were equity sales! *There were a possible 67 expired listings to work with.
